Privacy Policy
Last updated: 30 October 2026
This policy explains what data Axelo PULSE (the “Service”) collects, why, and what you can do about it. It applies to the Service operated by the Axelo team (contact: support@axelo.tech).
1. What we collect
| Account data | Name, email address, organisation name, role and access settings. Provided by you or by your organisation administrator. |
|---|---|
| Connected business data | Data imported from the sources you connect: CRM records, web analytics, advertising statistics, social media metrics, spreadsheets. The composition depends on which sources you connect and what those platforms expose. |
| Messages from connected channels | If your organisation connects a messaging account to the Service (a Facebook Page via Messenger, an Instagram professional account, WhatsApp Business, a Telegram bot or a website chat), we receive the messages people send to that account and the replies sent from it, with the sender's platform identifier and the name and profile details the platform provides. We use them only to show these conversations to your organisation and help it reply. Data received from Meta platforms is processed under Meta's Platform Terms: it is never sold, never used for advertising and never shared with other customers. |
| Technical data | Log records of requests to the Service, including IP address, browser type and time of request. Used for security and diagnostics. |
| Payment data | Handled entirely by our merchant of record. We receive only the fact of payment, the amount, and the subscription status. We never see or store card numbers. |
2. Why we process it
- To provide the Service: import, store, transform and display your data.
- To authenticate users and enforce access rules within your organisation.
- To send service messages: reports, alerts, notices about billing and outages.
- To provide support you request.
- To keep the Service secure and diagnose failures.
The legal basis is performance of the contract with you, and our legitimate interest in keeping the Service operational and secure.
3. What we do not do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not use your business data to train machine learning models for other customers.
- We do not share your data with other customers of the Service.
- We do not use your data for advertising.
4. Who else is involved
We use a small number of processors to run the Service. Each receives only what it needs:
| Cloud hosting and storage | Runs the application and stores your data. |
|---|---|
| AI model provider | Anthropic, PBC. Receives the text of a conversation to prepare the assistant's reply. |
| Merchant of record | Processes payments, issues invoices, handles sales tax. |
| Email and messaging | Delivers reports, alerts and support correspondence. |
| Connected platforms | The sources you yourself connect, from which data is imported on your instruction. |
We do not transfer your data to anyone else except where required by law.
5. How long we keep it
Business data is retained while your subscription is active. After termination we keep it for 90 days so that you can request an export, then delete it. Technical logs are retained for a shorter period. Records required for accounting are kept for as long as the applicable law requires.
6. Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access restricted to those who need it to operate the Service. Access within your organisation is controlled by your administrator. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data, we will notify you.
7. Your rights
You may request access to your personal data, its correction, deletion, or a copy in a portable format, and you may object to certain processing. Write to support@axelo.tech and we will respond within 30 days. How to delete messenger conversations is described on the Data Deletion page. If you are dissatisfied with the outcome, you may complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Cookies
The Service uses cookies necessary for authentication and for keeping you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
9. Children
The Service is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 18.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes are announced by email or in the Service before they take effect.
