Terms of Service
Last updated: 7 August 2026
These Terms govern your use of Axelo PULSE (the “Service”), a marketing and sales analytics platform operated by the Axelo team. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. What the Service is
PULSE connects the data sources you already use — CRM, web analytics, advertising accounts, social platforms, spreadsheets — and presents them as a single picture of business performance: where leads come from, what they cost, and where they are lost. The Service is software accessed through a web browser. We do not sell hardware and do not act as your marketing agency.
2. Accounts
An account is required. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account. Keep credentials private and notify support@axelo.tech promptly if you believe they have been compromised. An organisation account may have several users with different access levels; the organisation administrator decides who sees what. You must be at least 18 and, where acting for a company, authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.
3. Subscriptions and payment
Access to paid features requires an active subscription. Prices are shown on the pricing page before purchase.
Payments are processed by our merchant of record, which acts as the seller of record for all transactions, issues receipts and invoices, and handles applicable sales tax and VAT. Card details are handled by the payment provider; we never see or store your card number.
Subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from the Subscription page in your account. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. We may change prices; existing subscribers are notified at least 30 days before a change applies to their subscription and may cancel beforehand.
4. Your data
Data you connect or upload remains yours. We process it solely to operate the Service for you: to import, store, transform and display it, and to provide support you request. We do not sell your data and do not use your business data to train machine learning models for other customers. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
5. Third-party sources
The Service connects to third-party platforms on your instruction, using credentials or authorisations you provide. Those platforms are outside our control: they change interfaces, rate limits and availability without consulting us, and may suspend access to your own data. We make reasonable efforts to keep connectors working and to inform you when one breaks, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to any third-party source, nor the accuracy of the data those platforms report.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to break the law, infringe anyone’s rights, or store data you have no right to hold. Do not attempt to access other customers’ data, disrupt or overload the Service, circumvent access controls or usage limits, or resell access without a written agreement with us. We may suspend an account that puts the Service or other customers at risk; where circumstances allow, we tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
7. Availability and support
We aim to keep the Service continuously available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, provider outages and failures happen. No contractual uptime guarantee applies unless agreed separately in writing. Support is provided by email at support@axelo.tech on business days.
8. Automated analysis
Parts of the Service generate written observations and recommendations automatically from your data. These are informational only. They are not financial, legal, tax or investment advice, and they may be wrong. Decisions you make remain yours.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, its interface, code and documentation are and remain ours. These Terms grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while your subscription is active. You may not copy, decompile or create derivative works from it. Anything you connect or upload remains yours.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may terminate or suspend access if you materially breach these Terms, if payment fails repeatedly, or if required by law. On termination, access to paid features ends and we retain your data for 90 days, during which you may request an export. After that period we delete it.
11. Liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties, and our total liability arising from the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost revenue or lost data, or for decisions taken on the basis of figures shown in the Service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes are announced by email or in the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after that means you accept the updated Terms.
